Refund and Shipping Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Physical items


Your items will be shipped to you by Courier Post or NZ Couriers. If an item is lost in transit we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement at no extra cost.

For damaged goods, if you prefer a replacement over a refund please contact us.


• We are not accepting returns based on change of mind.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or faulty upon arrival to you.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital items


• We cannot accept returns or refunds for digital items
